1. About Lucky Label
Lucky Label is a pop-up consignment sale that connects sellers with shoppers by providing a in-person marketplace for the resale of gently used clothing, accessories, home goods, and other approved items.
2. Seller Participation
By registering as a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Follow all Lucky Label seller guidelines and deadlines.
• Ensure all items submitted are clean, complete, and in good condition.
• Price items appropriately and honestly represent their condition.
• Remove any recalled, counterfeit, damaged, or unsafe items from your inventory.

Lucky Label reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet our quality or safety standards.
3. Seller Earnings
Seller earnings will be paid according to the payout schedule provided before each sale.
Seller commission rates, fees, and payout methods may vary and will be communicated before registration opens.
Lucky Label is not responsible for items that do not sell.
4. Item Condition & Acceptance
All items must be:

• Clean and odor-free
• Free of stains, tears, excessive wear, or damage
• In working condition (if applicable)
• Properly tagged according to seller instructions
• Lucky Label reserves the right to remove any item from the sales floor at any time.

5. Unsold Items
Sellers are responsible for picking up unsold items during designated pickup times.
Items not picked up by the stated deadline may become the property of Lucky Label and may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at Lucky Label's discretion.
6. Shopping at Lucky Label
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of consignment sales:

• No returns
• No exchanges
• No price adjustments after purchase
• Shoppers are encouraged to inspect all items before purchasing.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
While Lucky Label takes reasonable precautions to protect inventory, participation is at the seller's own risk.
Lucky Label is not responsible for:

• Lost items
• Stolen items
• Damaged items
• Misplaced tags
• Inventory discrepancies

No guarantee is made regarding the security or sale of any item.
8. Event Changes
Lucky Label reserves the right to:

• Modify event dates, hours, or locations
• Adjust registration limits
• Change seller policies or procedures
• Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants of significant changes.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with website operations
• Submit false information
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Lucky Label unless otherwise noted.

• Participation in a sale
• Seller registration
• Purchases made at an event
• Website use
• Loss of inventory
• Personal injury or property damage occurring at an event

Participation in Lucky Label events is voluntary and at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lucky Label from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from their participation, submitted inventory, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
